Bains has engaged HICMR (Health Infection Control Management Resources) on a consultative basis to ensure compliance is met regarding infection control.
All of our surgical packing is completed in our specially designed & dedicated clean-room which again meets Australian Health Standards.
Our laundering process utilises a specialised cycle for the purpose of washing healthcare linen and removing elements that are cause for infection. After washing, the second phase of infection control is the ironing process whereby linen is exposed to temperatures in excess of 180 degrees centigrade. Infection control does not end here – we carefully transport our clean linen & garments in designated trolleys. Clean linen & soiled linen never share the same journey.
